Public Shortcuts are default Shortcuts that can be viewed by everyone in the workspace.

That, however, does not mean that the members of the workspace would get access to the underlying document.

To create a public Shortcut, click on the browser extension, fill in the Shortcut name, and hit Save.

Now every member of the workspace would be able to get to the OSlashed page by using the o/shortcut-name.
